Special thanks to Carter, the guy in the blue shirt on stage, who was kind enough to be the victim who Kali the Bloodhound had to find.
While Kali may appear to be bored listening to her handler's presentation this is not the case...she is just a typical Bloodhound who likes to sleep...her handler said that!
